“I am an experienced operator and was seeking to renew my expired certification as well as refresh my skills. I must say that I had an absolutely OUTSTANDING experience with WORK SAFE Training Inc. It began with me randomly typing a question on the chat of their website, which led to a 20 min back-and-forth conversation with the great staff member – Shawn . I was blown away by the patience and kindness of the replies, and superior customer service. I was advised on my options and the best option was tailored to my personal situation, based on my level of competence and budget. I chose to be re-certified at 1600 Brimley Rd facility. From the first moment, I discovered the same superior customer service by the lady at the front desk (regrettably, forgot to ask her name). And then I met Paul – the most glorious and professional instructor I’ve ever seen. Paul has REAL care about what he does (a trait almost never found in most forklift schools). His respectful manner, patience and wonderful sense of humor made the half-day training fly by, and I was pleasantly surprise by the great amount of priceless professional tips, advises and secrets I received from him. “I went for training at the Brimley Road Work Safe location for Order Picker and Narrow Aisle Reach. I was very pleased with the courteous and professional demeanor of the staff. The training sessions were adequately informative, and even as a completely new operator, I was able to pick up the basics quickly thanks to the clear and effective communication and directions of Paul. Also pleased to see that certification is 3 years. I definitely recommend the Brimley Road Work Safe for any new operator looking to learn these valuable skills.”
